This index pulls from public sources like government wage rules, union agreements, survey data, and news coverage. That gets us reasonably close, but anyone driving full time in a given city has firsthand information no source captures.

If your city's numbers feel off, or if they feel right, that's useful to know. Submissions are read by hand and feed into the next quarterly refresh. When multiple drivers from the same city flag the same issue, that becomes the strongest evidence we have.
